So, for 3 years I have been planning to go to Europe for graduate school. In one week all of that work culminates and I have to get on a plane and leave for Edinburgh. It has been difficult getting to this point. I am looking forward to all that I will be learning and doing while away, but at the same time I know I am going to miss Peter, my family and my friends more then I can imagine right now! I can only hope all of this is worth it.
I did find some of the old syllabi from previous years of my graduate program that are already posted on their equivilant of Edinburgh. After looking at them I feel very prepared for the math I might encounter and reasonably confident about the economics.
All I can do know is finish packing and spend every minute possible with the people I love!
